I hired this tax specialist in 2022 with the idea of doing more accurate taxes and getting some help. Despite my uploading the paperwork early in the year, we barely hit the deadline by April 2022, after multiple attempts for me to seek an update. My taxes aren't complicated. Finally, the week before they were due, I found multiple errors which were fixed hours before deadline. I just received letter from IRS stating forms on house sale never sent to them; I have to fix forms for IRS. DON'T HIRE
